At Sterling Oaks Rehabilitation, we are proud to celebrate the incredible progress of our patients, and Ms. Berger’s journey is truly inspiring. Ms. Berger was admitted to our facility following a hospitalization to address a dislocation of her hip.  Upon evaluation, she required a lot of assistance from our care team to perform daily tasks such as transfers, grooming, hygiene, and dressing.  Despite these challenges, Ms. Berger approached her rehabilitation with unwavering determination and a strong commitment to her recovery.

With the support of our dedicated therapy and care team, Ms. Berger worked to regain her strength and independence. Today, Ms. Berger can perform all activities of daily living independently and is walking confidently with the assistance of a rolling walker. We are honored to have been part of Ms. Berger’s journey and thrilled to celebrate her success.
