Ms. Brian was referred to Sterling Oaks Rehab following recurrent hospitalizations due to an unwitnessed fall, which left her in a state of extreme deconditioning after being on the floor for days before help arrived. During her evaluation, Ms. Brian displayed remarkable motivation; however, due to various medical complications, she required maximum assistance with all activities of daily living, including transfers, hygiene, grooming, bathing, ambulation, and wheelchair mobility.

Through unwavering effort and determination, Ms. Brian has now been discharged to her home, utilizing a walker and capable of performing all activities, including walking with minimal assistance. She is profoundly satisfied with her progress and continues to pursue excellence in her recovery.
