"My loved one seems to be satisfied. He says he has everything he needs in his room. It is clean there. They give him his medicine on time and change his bandage. They check to see if he needs anything. All of them are very nice and polite when I am there. They are attentive to the patients and it is a good atmosphere. They are friendly. It is very nice and it smelled good. It was clean. He gets his meals in his room. The meals are fine. They are nicely prepared and they look good. It looks so good and it is a balanced meals. He has been telling me about his care himself. They answer my questions and knew what they were talking about. They followed the procedures."

"They are good to make sure she does not have any falls. They bath her there. She goes to the activity area and they have volleyball and they move her around. I wish I would have known about this place before! When I call after 5 pm it is hard to get someone on the phone. That is the only complaint I have. They are all pretty friendly. It is amazing how nice this place is and well they care for my mom. We had a meeting with the heads of the departments. She is safe there and that is good."

"I have not had any problems. I have not been there but my loved one says it is okay being there. Everybody has been helpful and nice. The communication was excellent and they called me a lot. They let me know about the changes and I was pretty impressed with that."
